Residents enjoy a carefree lifestyle in this active adult community. Parke Place is located in Gloucester County in Sewell, NJ. It was constructed by J S Hovnanian from 1998 through 2003. The community consists of 406 homes, with a mix of condominiums and single family homes and a welcoming clubhouse.

The single family homes range from 1300 to 2270 sq ft and offer two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. The singles can include options of a one or two car garage, den, sunroom or covered porches.

Two story buildings house the condo units. Both floor plans offer two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a patio or balcony. They range from 1350 to 1440 sq ft.

The clubhouse at Parke Place is a great social setting for recreational activities. Inside the clubhouse you can enjoy billiards, a game room, a spot for crafting or settling in with a book in the library. There’s even a large ballroom and kitchen for entertaining. The fun continues outdoors with a pool, tennis and bocce ball courts. There are walking and biking trails too.

A short distance outside of the Parke Place community, residents can indulge in restaurants, retail shops and a local park with sports courts and walking trails. Parke Place is easily accessible to major highways with about a 30 minute drive to nearby Philadelphia and New York is less than 2 hours away.
