I met a gentlemen, Ken, in the beginning January of 2023 who was ready to make a move to a 55+ Community yet he was unsure of what community would be the best fit for him. He made an appointment with me and I sat down with him and listened to his needs and wants. We had been watching the market rise over the later 18 months and it was time! He couldn’t be happier! Ken got a beautifully maintained home from an owner who loved and cared for their home.
